Start at changing rooms at Dawson Park Falkirk, on to Carronside Street, turn left on to Haugh Street, turn left on to Carron Road, carry on up Carron Road to Bainsford Main Street, straight on up to Grahams Road, turn right at Grahamston Bridge, disperse in Meeks Road car park and board bus to Shieldhill.
